Registration fees do not include accommodation.
*Cancellations received on or before August 1, 2018 will be honored with a refund minus a 600RMB /$100 administrative fee. Refunds will be credited to the credit card account used for registration. No refunds will be honored for cancellations received after August 1, 2018.
